Pedyo means "close" or "nearby" in Shona — trusted services, close to you.
What is Pedyo?
Pedyo is a Zimbabwean local-services marketplace that connects customers with nearby, trusted service providers. We operate initially in Harare and Chitungwiza, with an architecture designed to expand across Zimbabwe.
Pedyo is not a service provider itself. It is a platform — a digital marketplace where independent providers list their services and customers find, contact and engage them.
Pedyo does not process payments. It facilitates discovery, communication and trust.

Pedyo uses precise, honest verification labels. A badge means only what it states. We never use vague labels such as "fully trusted", "background checked" or "guaranteed" unless those checks have actually been performed and documented.
Content Integrity
Pedyo contains no fake data of any kind. No fake providers, customers, ratings, reviews, statistics, testimonials or usage counts. Empty states display honest messages.
