1. About Pedyo

Pedyo is a local-services marketplace that connects customers with service providers in Zimbabwe. Pedyo does not itself provide services and is not a party to any agreement between a customer and a provider.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.

One account supports both customer and provider functions. You do not need a second account to list services.

3. Provider listings

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Pedyo reviews profiles before they appear publicly but does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of any service offered.

Providers must not create fake reviews, ratings or testimonials.

4. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on genuine service interactions. Fake reviews are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Pedyo does not currently process payments. Any financial arrangements are made directly between customers and providers. Pedyo is not responsible for payment disputes.

7. Limitation of liability

Pedyo provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pedyo is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform or from interactions between users.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pedyo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
