Terms of Use

1. About Pedyo

Pedyo is a digital marketplace that connects customers with independent local service providers in Zimbabwe. Pedyo is not a service provider itself and does not process payments. Pedyo facilitates discovery, communication and trust between customers and providers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Pedyo. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. User Accounts

Each Pedyo account supports both customer and provider functions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Provider Profiles

Provider profiles must be submitted for review and approved by Pedyo administrators before appearing publicly. Pedyo reserves the right to reject, suspend or remove any provider profile that violates these terms or our community standards.

5. Verification

Verification badges indicate only what they state. Pedyo does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of services offered by providers. Customers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging a provider.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Pedyo to post false or misleading information, harass other users, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate any applicable Zimbabwean law.

7. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Pedyo. By submitting content, you grant Pedyo a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform. Pedyo moderates uploaded images before they appear publicly.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pedyo is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Zimbabwean law, Pedyo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

Pedyo may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
